Margaret Brennan continues to make the crucial error of inviting Republicans onto “Face the Nation.” She had Marco Rubio on her show once again and he basically schooled her with facts – once again.
The topic of the South African immigrants being brought in was broached, and Brennan clearly worked off of the narrative that there was not any evidence supporting these were oppressed citizens.
Secretary of State Rubio calmly brought the truth.

That Ms. Brennan continues to do this on her weekly show is one thing, but delivering a twofer on the same Sunday is a sign of ramping up her partisanship.
Mags also invited on Robert Gates to discuss what she saw to be a problem involving the National Security Council, namely that President Trump is leery of the cabal of partisans in that agency. As she was sure to have a means of getting Gates to side with her, instead he dropped some cold hard common sense on the news lady: They work for the President and, therefore, should be loyal to his agenda.
President Trump "has a right to expect loyalty" by National Security Council staff and "if you hold views that are unacceptable to the president" on issues like the 2020 election, "you don't belong inside the White House complex," former Defense Secretary Robert Gates says.

With the news of former President Biden diagnosed with an advanced form of prostate cancer, there are, quite naturally, questions that emerge. For example, how did his condition leap from being prostate cancer to a stage that had gone to the extent of reaching his bone? It does basically demand that we ask if there was some kind of additional coverup taking place, or even a case of neglecting his core health for this to advance in this fashion.
After all, it is not as if the press is not currently consumed with the storyline of Biden’s health being denied and hidden. But at The Beast, they want to pretend that is not currently taking place, and they wish to pass this off as simply “another conspiracy” cooked up by the right – despite how many of those have actually been proven correct.
But if an outlet has no intention of exploring a topic, out of fear of how it may reflect on the Democrats, all it needs to do is toss out the “pouncing” accusation and they are then justified in not covering it further.

I guess with the four-year vacation being over, it is time to get cranky about this stuff.
Think of how many times we witnessed the Biden administration, and extended Democrat operatives, refusing to follow basic legal standards. They ignored immigration law, sued states protecting their own border, had leftist district attorneys refusing to arrest or detain criminals, flouted the Supreme Court, or even staged a standard primary for their presidential candidate.
But today, the Washington Post is very bothered that Donald Trump is – doing the same things, apparently.

When self-diagnosis leads to concluding everyone ELSE are the crazy ones.
When it comes to outlets suffering from Cranial Rectal Impairment Syndrome, there may be a site no more afflicted than The Bulwark. They have been striving for a decade now to bring down Trump, and their inability to stop him, as well as failing to deliver a candidate who is a “True Conservative” (have they ever tried?!), has led to dissolving import.
They, of course, do not let this reality deter their pomposity and condescension, and as a result, we get delivered this gem of a column where the conclusion comes down to this: Nobody is listening to us, and this means the country is sliding to hell!
Because what if the optimistic view isn’t right? What if the truth is terrible? What if The People are rotten and no longer capable of liberal self-government?
